Fujitec was contracted to supply and install lifts for this stylish apartment block in London NW8. Our finished installations prioritised ride comfort and quietness, whilst also paying homage to the unique architectural style of the building.
New York city’s first all-electric residential tower
100 Flatbush is the first all-electric residential tower in New York City, with electrical power replacing any components that are normally run by natural gas. Fujitec installed our Rexia lifts in the building, offering residents a comfortable journey up and down the building at a speed of 2.5 metres per second.
